Draft. These terms have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer, and nothing is on sale until they have been. They are published so you can read where we are heading.

What you may do

Use the toolchain free for non-commercial work: personal projects, learning, research and open source. The whole toolchain, with no time limit and nothing withheld.

Commercial use needs a current licence. Commercial means building software you or your employer are paid for.

What a licence covers

Developer covers one named person on the machines they work on.
Build server covers one machine building unattended.
Licences run for a year from the day they are issued.

When a licence expires, nothing you have already built stops working. The tool tells you, and further commercial use needs a current licence.

What you supply

We ship no Apple software. You supply the iOS SDK from your own copy of Xcode, and your own signing certificates and provisioning profiles from your own developer account. Your use of those is governed by your agreement with Apple, not by this one.

What we do not promise

The toolchain is provided as it is. We work hard to make it correct and we do not guarantee it is free of faults, nor that it will keep working across future changes to Apple's tools. We are not liable for loss arising from its use beyond what you paid us.

Refunds

If the toolchain does not do what this site says it does, tell us within 30 days of buying and we will refund you. We would rather return your money than argue about it.

Ending it

You can stop using it whenever you like. We may end a licence if it is used outside these terms, and we will tell you why first.
